Ridge Road Recipes is a 77-page spiral-bound cookbook that is chock-full of recipes by the North Central Fire Protection District.  Several community members contributed their favorite recipes just for this fundraising cookbook!

The recipes included range from main dishes, appetizers, soups, and side dishes, to breads, desserts, and cookies!

Proceeds raised from the selling of this cookbook go towards the NCEC Auxiliary and the NCFPD.
